AI Chat: Your Personal Assistant in Any Document

 

Getting a grip on a document’s content can take serious time - especially when it's long or packed with heavy legal jargon. From now on, your documents on Signify will answer you directly.

How it works: Simply open your document and ask the AI anything. It will analyze the content instantly and give you a clear, concise answer - whether you need a quick summary, critical deadlines, or a breakdown of party obligations.

Verify in seconds: To keep you in full control, you can ask the AI to highlight the exact sections of the document it used to generate its answer.

The AI chat feature is also available for signers. Unless you turn it off, they will be able to use it on the documents you send. 

You are in control: 

Management: Admins can easily turn this feature on with a single click via Company Settings (“Activate AI Functionality”). Plus, when sending a document, you can use "Recipient Permissions" to choose whether the AI Chat should be visible to the signer.

100% Secure: Your organization’s documents are never used to train AI models. All data processing happens safely within Google Cloud’s European region (Frankfurt, Germany). 
 

Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES)

 

We are incredibly excited to announce that full Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) capabilities have officially arrived on the platform. If you handle cross-border agreements, high-stakes contracts, or industries that demand the absolute highest tier of legal compliance (the digital equivalent of a handwritten signature), this is a complete game-changer.
To give you and your partners total peace of mind, we have integrated the world's most trusted, top-tier trust service providers directly into Signify: Trans Sped, CertSign, SimplySign, Smart-ID, Estonian ID card, Mobile-ID, and more.

No certificate? No problem.

What if your signers don’t have a personal QES certificate? One-Shot Signature add-on is here. Now, you can easily purchase one-shot credits to enable signers who don’t have a pre-existing certificate to sign with a fully compliant, legally binding QES right on the spot.

Linked Documents

 

Often, one agreement is directly tied to another - like a master service agreement followed by Acts of Acceptance, invoices, or addendums. If you used to waste time searching for these files separately, you can now link them together for instant access. 

How it works: Head over to the document attributes tab and you'll find a brand-new section: "Link Documents."

Use the search bar to quickly find and link related contracts.

Everything stays beautifully organized in a single list - from master agreements and their various versions to companion invoices.

 What Else is New in Signify 2.1?

 

"Action Required" Filter: No need to jump back and forth to your inbox. You can now filter out documents that need your signature right from the main documents page with a single click.

Signify Pad x Opera Integration: For hotels using the Opera PMS system, signing just got seamless. You can now send documents for signature directly from Opera to a front-desk Signify Pad. Once signed, the document automatically attaches itself straight inside Opera. Plus, the information filled out on the document - like the guest's email or phone number - instantly updates their profile in Opera, keeping your database perfectly in sync

Refreshed Settings Design: We’ve overhauled the design of both the Personal and Company settings pages to give them a clean, fresh look that perfectly matches the new Signify UI.
