Forms in Signify are pre-designed documents that can be embedded on your website or shared via a unique link. When accessed, signers input required details, undergo identity verification, and you automatically receive the signed document.
This feature automates processes such as vacation requests, purchase initiation, and more.
Forms are available for Business Pro and Enterprise plans.
Forwarding
Forwarding is a valuable function when you're unsure of the signer's identity or lack their personal information in the recipient's company.
Activating this feature lets the recipient to 'forward' the document, enabling your contact to automatically input the signer's details and pass it on. You'll receive a notification when such action is initiated.
This feature is accessible with our Business Pro and Enterprise plans.
Auto Sign
If your company frequently handles numerous documents requiring signatures, this feature is designed for you!
With Auto Sign, configure it once, and your documents will automatically receive your company's signature at your specified time and location.
Utilize Auto Sign using Georgian ID cards, company e-seals (qualified e-signatures), or international signature certificates.
This feature is accessible through our Enterprise plan.
Zapier Integration coming soon!
Alongside Signify's API integration, we're excited to announce the upcoming Zapier integration for our customers. Seamlessly connect Signify with over 6,000 apps through Zapier, eliminating the need for any developer intervention.
This integration will soon be available with our Enterprise plans.
