Card Payments
Signify is now in the second phase of automating payments. If you are using Signify Business or Business Pro service plans, paying invoices manually via bank transfer is now a thing of the past.
From now on, you can link your banking card and the subscription fee will be deducted automatically. Please note, any card except credit cards can be used for this process.
Quick Navigation and Pagination
We simplified and accelerated the internal navigation as well. Page numbering has been added to the internal pages of the portal.
Instead of dealing with infinite scroll to find an old document and waiting for all documents to load, you can now navigate through paginated documents, which will load in seconds!
Action Guidance
This function helps document recipients fill in form fields and easily locate them.
The indicator we created guides the signer on what action to perform in each field, simplifying both the process of filling in information and signing.
“All Teams” Button
If you have multiple teams, the "All Teams" button will greatly simplify granting access when adding a new user.
Instead of adding users one by one to each team, you can check "All Teams," and the user will automatically be added to any existing team or any team you create in the future.
Update Notifications
From now on, when you log in to the Signify portal, a pop-up will provide you with a handy message of important news, keeping you informed and up-to-date.
