This domain change is a strategic step that enables our platform to be accessible to international clients and the global market.
What will change for our existing customers?
If your company:
- Uses Signify API integration
- Have IP addresses whitelisting
- Or specific senders whitelisted
You’ll need to comply with the changes to continue using the Signify Service. If you have neither integration nor whitelisting, there's nothing you need to do.
Changes to consider
- Replace host name with portal.signifyapp.com in API URL
- We added two new static IP addresses for portal.signifyapp.com domain: 15.197.218.194, 3.33.168.1766
- You will gradually receive emails from the following new MAIL FROM (Return-Path) addresses: @notify.signifyapp.net, @trans.signifyapp.net
Regardless of the domain change, all old links will also be available.
