Set the order of document delivery

If a document has multiple recipients, you can choose how it is sent

  • Simultaneous (Default): The document is sent to all recipients at the same time.
  • Sequential ("Signing order" Enabled): The document moves step by step—each recipient must complete their role before it moves to the next in order.

To set the signing order, drag the recipient to the desired position using the mouse 👇

Or simply assign numbers to define the sequence. 👇

In this case, the first two recipients will receive the document simultaneously. Once they complete their roles, the document will be sent to the next recipient in the sequence.
