Meet Signify 2.0 - a new version of the platform that lays the foundation for AI-powered document workflows. Starting now, the system identifies key information in your documents and fills in attributes on your behalf.
With this update, Signify becomes an intelligent document platform - and this is only the beginning.
AI-Powered Attribute Extraction
Your documents are packed with valuable data - dates, deadlines, party names, amounts. Until now, transferring that data into attributes was your job. In Signify 2.0, AI handles it for you.
How does it work? The platform analyzes your document's structure, recognizes fillable fields, and populates attributes based on the document types configured in your system. That extracted data then makes it faster to filter, sort, and find exactly the document you need.

Works at Any Stage
Whether a document is awaiting dispatch, already signed, or imported into the platform - AI works across all statuses. It supports both default and custom attributes.
You Stay in Control
AI fills in the data, but the final call is yours. Every auto-populated attribute is visually distinguished so you know exactly what AI has entered. Confirm with a single click, edit if needed, or remove entirely. Each field shows where in the document the information was extracted from - click through and it takes you straight to the source. Verification takes seconds.

Unverified attributes still fully participate in filtering, so you can put AI results to work even before confirming them.
Automatic Contact Creation
AI goes beyond attributes - it can also create new contacts directly in your team's contact list based on party information found in documents. Less manual entry, more time for what actually matters.
Activation and AI Credits
The AI feature is enabled from your company settings - once activated, every member of your organization can use it. During the beta phase, AI-powered attribute extraction is unlimited. In the future, each plan will include a standard number of AI credits, with additional credits available for purchase.
The AI feature is available on Business Pro, Enterprise, and Trial plans.

Stripe Payments
International payments on Signify are now processed through Stripe - a trusted, globally recognized payment provider. Stripe is the default processor for all users registered on Signify.
Linked Fields
Contracts often repeat the same information in multiple places - a party name, a date, an ID number. With linked fields, you fill it in once and it automatically reflects everywhere. Each field maintains its own formatting and placement.
You can link fields via field code, settings, or quick actions. Works with text, number, and date field types.

Refer and Get Rewarded
A new referral page has been added to the platform - invite colleagues and partners to Signify and earn rewards. Details and offers are waiting for you directly on the platform.
