Customized Views and Drive integrations - Signify 1.17 is here

Every Signify update is built on the experience of the people who work with documents every single day. Our users operate with different workflows, styles and priorities - for some, expiration dates are critical, while for others it's contract value, recipients, delivery timelines or something entirely different.

This diversity is exactly what shaped this release - Signify 1.17 gives you more freedom, more control and more speed.

1. Custom Views - documents arranged your way

You can now tailor your document grid exactly the way you want and see only the information that matters to you.

Choose the columns you need - for example, link expiration, folder, recipients, contract expiry date, document type or any other details.

Rearrange them in any order and save this view to your profile.

You’ll also find system views, such as “Link Expires”.

In addition to the system views, you can create your own by combining the columns and filters to build the view you want.

Next time you open Signify, everything will be ready for you - arranged exactly the way you want.

Here’s a powerful addition - you can save not only columns but filters as well. If you use the same 2 or 3 filters every day, you won’t need to add them again. Create a view according to your preferences, save it, and next time you open Signify, everything will be ready. When shared with your team, everyone sees exactly the same view, speeding up processes even more.

Besides personal views, you can create shareable views

2. Google Drive and OneDrive Integration - no more uploading

The era of downloading documents from Drive and then uploading them is over. Now you can select a document directly from Google Drive within Signify and send or add it to a process without any extra steps.

3. Forwarder in Templates - more flexibility in processes

Often, a document needs to move from one signer to another without prior notification or manual intervention. If you couldn’t add this role to a template before, now you can use it in templates and create predefined redirect scenarios in advance.

4. Search directly in dropdown fields

The time of manually scanning dropdowns for the information you need is over. All such fields now have a search function - you can find the required employee, position, code, or other details in seconds.

5. Unified Interface

The pages for templates and forms have been improved, aligned with Signify’s new design system, and are now much more intuitive.

Everything looks cohesive - making it easier for you to work efficiently.

🚀 In short

Signify 1.17 is focused on your daily comfort - less manual work, more control, and an improved work experience.
