The new Signify release is here - now faster and more user-friendly than ever.
This update focuses mostly on visual improvements that make your document management experience smoother and more intuitive.
Here’s a quick look at what’s new and how it helps you work more efficiently:
Updated grid view
The document name still appears in the first column - just like you're used to.
Now, to check recipient statuses simply hover over the status column to quickly see who’s signed and who’s still pending. The rest of the columns remain the same, but the overall experience is much smoother.
New Icons
Stay on top of what matters. small icons now show when a document needs your attention, whether it's ready for review or signature.
Details in a side panel
No need to navigate away to view document details - just click on the document name and a side panel will slide in with everything you need: status, document ID, recipients, tags, and activity log.
From here, you can open and download the document.
You can even open the details for another document without closing the first one.
Smarter filtering
Need to find a document by sender, date, or status? The new filter makes it faster and easier than ever.
And if you want to go back to the default view it just takes one click.
