Update recipient information after sending a document

Previously, a mistake in recipient details meant starting the process all over again. Now, you can make changes even after the document has been sent - no need to recall it:

• Switch the delivery method - from email to mobile, or vice versa;
• Add or remove an authentication method;
• Remove a recipient if they’re no longer needed;
• Enable or disable signing order after sending;

When can you update recipient information? 

You can make changes to a recipient’s details as long as they haven’t signed the document yet. If the document has multiple recipients and some have already signed, you can still update the remaining ones who haven’t.

📢 For security and transparency, every action is logged - in the account Audit log, the Document history and the Audit trail. 
 

What happens on the recipient’s side when changes are made?

If you change the delivery method, the old link (e.g. the one sent via email) becomes invalid, and the recipient will receive a new one via the updated channel (e.g. mobile).

If the recipient is already interacting with the document when changes are made, the system will automatically prompt them to refresh the page.

Search and copy functionality

No more eye scanning through entire documents to find what you need - with the new search feature, you can now quickly locate specific content using Ctrl+F right inside the document.

And that’s not all - you can now copy any text directly from the document. Whether it’s a bank account number, a name, or any other detail, just highlight and copy - no need to type it out manually.

📢 Note: This feature is only available for already sent documents.

New Legal Entity Name 

Our company has officially changed its legal name. From now on, instead of "NGT Rocket Solutions" LLC, our registered name is "Signify" LLC.
