Managing recipient permissions is available only in Business Pro and Enterprise plans.
All document recipients have predefined permissions, which can be adjusted as needed.
By default, the settings are configured as follows 👇
- Download Document: The recipient can download and save the document on their device. However, if the recipient is registered on Signify, they will still be able to download the document by logging into their account, even if this permission is restricted.
- Download Audit trail: The recipient can download Audit Trail generated for the finished document and save it on their device. Registered Signify users will still have access to download the evidence report by logging into their account, even if this permission is restricted.
- Receive the Completed Document: After the entire process is complete, the recipient receives the finalized document via email or SMS.
- Can Add Comment: Recipients have option to leave comments if they reject the document, or approvers can add comments during the approval process.
- Forwarding: The recipient has the option to forward the document to another person for signing instead of signing it themselves.
- Show cover page: Upon opening the document, the recipient will see an information page with details such as the sender, recipients, message, and more.
